Have been warming and feeding the beardies up for the last couple of weeks after eight weeks of cooling, and today put dear little Gemima in with Oscar. Two minutes of head bobbing from both parties and Oscar had jumped on, done the deed and gotten back on his log to continue his afternoon doze.
I have to give it to him, he is a great breeder. No violence, so shaking the female around like a ragdoll, no unnecessary biting, just grabbed a good hold of her, lined up their tails, slipped his underneath, and wha-la.
Poor Gemima is looking a bit dumbfounded about the sudden theft of her virginity.
