    Hello Possums

    We are getting cold nights so a young possum has made an appearance in the rat cave

    That's really interesting Fuscus... Firstly, the fact that the snake regurged (as to why?), and secondly, the look on the snake's face in the last shot is pure gold!

    The why is simple, the snake was unable to digest the possum due to the cold snap and rather than let the possum rot in its stomach...

    I hope my snakes never do that- the resulting err... 'present' does not look particularly nice, and I can imagine it would have a prominent odour associated with it... lol. Nice shots though, and it would have been interesting to watch
