first one is the probe one,which u just drop down,works perfect 
second is the wall mount one,which u stick in the middle of the glass or werever u like,works perfect 
i know it says aqua one but i have used these for over a year now and they work just fine,i was at the reptile show when i bought one and the girl that was with urs said they were fine too
