Will make excellent pets, very cuddely and affecionate.

are they, Vosmaeri or roratus macgillivrayi or one of the other subspecies?

no they are not vosmaeri, they are just the normal eclectus. The other subspecies are much more expensive.

A person is entitled to charge whatever they wish for their animals. If interested in the animal/s I would suggest a pm to the owner regarding expressions of interest, otherwise leave the thread as it is.

we used to sell these guys at the pet shop i worked at and they wer around that price somtimes even more depending on sex and quality. great birds

just to clarify for those that don't understand, the prices of certain species of birds are going up, in my area they go for $1550 each, ( hand raised ). So I think it;s reasonable, especially since these birds are with direct human contact 24/7 and come from top specimens.
But you know it;s fine, there are always people out there that want things for 5c, if not less than that.
I have a lot of people that buy hand reared birds from me, with only the best feedbacks not only from themselves but from spcialist bird vets.
You get what you pay for.

Why say that? 
Couldnt one asume that depending on where we are situated in this big wide country of ours prices may fluctuate 25% or more?????
And quality may fluctuate depending on breeders????????????
