General Description
My female spiny's eggs are hatching! My girl started laying these in January '07 and they are finally starting to hatch.
So far I have roughly 25 with around 10 of these at a decent size (2 - 3cm) for selling, the rest are tiny and have not yet gone through an instar/moult.
The ones for sale have gone through at least 1 or 2 instars. They are all pretty much the same in appearance and are happily chomping through eucalyptus leaves.
Easy to care for providing you have a good supply of gum leaves and can mist them at least once a day in winter, more in summer. They will grow to around 10cm / 4 inches.
The tiny newbies are growing fast and there are more little ones are hatching as we speak so there will be a supply available for some time.
