Large Enclosure For Sale (make A Offer Highest Offer Gets It)

I have for sale a brand new enclosure that we have just finished, it features fake slate rock walls, sunset painting througout the enclosure, a U.V 100w light, wheels for easy movement, sliding front glass doors that come with lock and 2 vents, enclosure is very secure and made from ply and has a dark varnish (looks great). The enclosure measures 1200 long x 630high x 770 wide and is solid and heavy. The wheels underneath are only a option and are there for easy movement, you can easliy take them off if you wish to put it on top of a stand or cabinet. Pickup available, also we will personally deliver as far as gold and sunshine coast for a cost, also interstate freight is available at the buyers cost I can get quotes if needed. lol, yep if I was a reptile I would be very happy. Proberbly nicer than my own house lol (jokes). Ok first offer $300 anymore, I'll run this for a little while and then highest offer will seriously get it. Just so everyone knows it cost us around $500 in total to make (not including time making it).

Also please only serious offers as this is a real sale.

lol thanks, yeah hubby proberbly would have got insulted if the start price was $10 lol. I will post pics of it with the glass in and finished with lock tommorow.

Yeah we will that's the idea of make a offer, we hope to get that but if we don't highest offer will get it. I just put that in to let people know what it was worth just in material.

Ok just to let you all know it's not really a auction just best offer gets the enclosure. I will let this run for approx 2 weeks and then highest offer will get it. Also let everyone know I have also posted a add for this in the trading post for sale so if someone does whish to purchase it for the $600 we placed the add for in there we will sell it, oviously not though if someone has made a offer higher than this on APS.

I will also take offers of snakes (adults only) to the value of the snake as a offer. (hope that makes sense).

Sorry my mistake, the add in the trading post is for $650. If it sell's through the trading post at the $650 I will sell it as long as no one on the APS forum has placed a higher offer. (hope that makes more sense). But same rule applies, highest offer gets it weather it be $300 or $600 that's the risk were taking.
