I have a 10. uv fluro over my pigmy's aprox 35cm distance from them , my question is, is it close enough or do i need to move it closer as someone told me.??

I think that should be close enough im no expert on fluros though, you could put some furniture under it so they can climb closer if you were really concerned though! Is it a full spectrum light or just uv?

What temp are you getting at that distance, is it the only heat source?
I usually have mine 15-20cm away, but as said b4 its above a rock so they dont have to get that close if they dont choose
Always carry a flagon of whiskey in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake.

That distance is fine, but I would still provide a few branches so the dragons can get a bit closer for optimum uv exposure. Your not using that as a heat source are you?

Ive got a basking lamp as well about 20 cm away above a multi layer log so they sit directly below it but they move around on the log to alter the temp , thanks for the replies. - Jeff

35cm would be fine. most books would say no closer than 30 no further than 50 so ya safe.
