Hi all!
Just wondering if anyone has had this happen before?
when I choose my bredli he handled great, very placid and relaxed to hold.
Go him home 3 weeks ago. Fed well and had an easy shed about a week ago. I didnt handle him for the first two week and I have only had him out 3 times this week for only a few minutes each time.
Now, since his shed he is a different snake. To hold him he's alittle snappy and you can feel the tension in his body. He is soo very different from 3 weeks ago.
Shall I face the fact that he is one that just wont like to be handled and just admired?
Im thinking that he doesnt want to feed tonight due to being handled during hte week. Like I said, he has fed really well and quick to take his food in the past.
Do you think that me handling him has freaked him out?
Thanks

he should settle back down after a bit of handling, maybe he is a bit stressed out at the moment. How old is he?

Be patient with the snake, the snake will be patient with you also. But the snake should still feed for you mate.

Thanks guys! I tried leaving his rat with him over night but he wasnt interested at all, kept shying away from it when offered. I guess Ill try again in a few days. Im just alittle concerned that all of a sudden he's tense and off his food?
