A few questions...

I'm looking at getting my first python and i'm keen on childreni or a bredli (i understand they both have different requirements)
My enclosure is 120 high, 60 wide and 45 deep and has a 60 watt red globe in a box in the top corner so the snake could sit ontop if it wished, or on a branch under the light.
What thermostat and thermometer would you recommend?
Also, I live on the coast in QLD. Lots of rain in the summer. I've heard (and read) that central beardies and shinglebacks can get lung problems from too much humidity. Is this the same for centralian pythons?

in regards to the heat bulb setup... would it be possible to get a couple of photos...? Are you positive that the 'box' is snake proof?

Get the Microclimate B1 dimming thermostat and a digital thermometer with 2 probes so you can monitor temps at both the warm and cool end.

I have never heard of respiratory infections effecting Centralian Pythons due to high humidity the way it effects Shinglebacks.

I dont have a camera, I'll try with my phone.
The box is completely sealed, glass pane on top, light fitting underneath, a wooden frame with 5mm mesh covering the exposed part of the bulb
