It is indeed an excellent book. Bought mine from the Herp Shop and it is worth every cent.

It looks like awesome reading, and when my vision improves, I can't wait to read it! LOL

presents are never free, you will need to reciprocate at some stage and you dont want to be a cheapskate.

Yup pete, that's why I hate the gift giving that goes on in our modern society and refuse to give gifts on the occasions that society demands it. I'd rather buy what I want and you buy what you want rather than we buy each other something that neither of us really wants.

You told me that just in time Maggie, I guess I'll have to keep the GTP I bought you as a present

That's my favourite book. Rick Shine is so easy to read, and the technical terms are clear to even laypeople.

I like his manner, he doesn't seem to be bigheaded or arrogant as many of the known and published Herpers become.
Weigel is the same, as far as I can see, He's a nice man. It's a shame some forget that they had to start somewhere, and at least people are interested enough in keeping their animals properly that we want to read about them.

Herpers should be humble, we all started by looking under rocks. Shine is a shining example.

Em

Inny move that bottle away from the potty! - I thought you'd be off the bottle by now.
