I know this has been done a few times - but just leaving my experiences with AAE today - some great, some terrible...I have picked up from AAE before, with no major dramas (just a few small delays) but this was my first experience exporting with them...
I was exporting a Juvenile Ackie to a regional airport in Queensland - I rang them last week and asked how I go about finding out flight details. They informed me that every weekday a plane leaves Sydney to Brisbane at Midday and then an hour or so later a plane leaves from Brisbane to arrive at the the regional airport about 4:00pm...
I then rang again yesterday - was again given the same information...
I arrived there at 11am today to make the Midday flight - got to the front counter and was told that the next flight to Brisbane was actually 12:30pm and that the exchange at Brisbane and out to the Regional would be a few hours waiting - not arriving until 8:20pm at it's location as opposed to 4:00pm...BAH!!
Anyway, the girl at the service counter was very helpful (and not a bad sort ) and helped me out as I was a newbie at the whole exporting thing - she was particularly helpful...
....now just to wait and see how the buyer goes picking it up...unfortunately she did not wish to give me her mobile number and would call me today for flight details - she has yet to call me so I would imagine she will be waiting - annoyed - at the airport...

Hope it all works out for the little Ackie..... strange the buyer didn't give you her number though.....

Ah well, each to their own...

Indeed each to thier own.

Well hopefully you had more luck getting the girl at the counter's number? hehehehe

Flights from Syd to Bris leave around every half hour every day. |

Flights from Syd to Bris leave around every half hour every day. | Ramsayi - Cheers, I will certainly be doing that from now on - my major issue is the information I was given over the phone - which was also 30mins...evidently this was just as inaccurate as flight scheduling...
