I just got off the phone to AAE after trying to book a shipment of reptiles from Brisbane to Coffs Harbour. They reckon they are not shipping reptiles into NSW at the moment due to an embargo. Does anyone know anything about this?

I would go with someone else.....when i rang up to see if he was there, they couldn't tell me where he was......3 people later and they finally tracked him down, he was there the whole time !!
So down to the depot to pick up our little man and his shipping box was soaking wet, the papers attached to the top bleeding ink everywhere. Labelled up "Live Reptile", guess they missed the big letters !!

Qantaslink from Sydney and Brindabella from Brisbane take herps into coffs - I have picked up numerous herps in the last few weeks from coffs so there is definitely no problem.
There was a short period awhile ago when Qantaslink wouldnt take them so Sunshine Express was the only carrier. Then Sunshine Express etc went bust so no herps, but now we have Brindabella and Qantaslink have also decided they will now carry them.

They tried to tell me that their policy had changed. I asked them to fax through a copy of their new policy to my work and they suddenly had a change of heart. Don't take one persons word, they will try to put it over you if given the chance.
