There looks like that there might be a scam going on with some one from Africa attempting to extract money from people for cheap reptiles and other wildlife. Aside from the fact you will not be able to get the animals into Australia legality, it also looks like it is a variation of the Advance fee fraud, where you pay money for goods that never arrive.
