I'm pretty sure it's not posible but just wondering if there is anyway of telling if a snake has the
albino gene.

Breed it with an albino or a het (a snake that carries the albino gene). If it is carrying the gene then a percentage of the offspring *should* be albino.

yep, but if bred with a normal snake the albino trait will never come out over the dominant (normal) colours...I breed Indian Ringneck parrots and have got some good breeding charts if ya want me to post it...It refers to genes etc so its not just for birds...
