Hi Mate, i was wondering if you can shed some light on a book keeping matter for me, i am selling some yearling and 2 yearling animals which i have held for more than 6 months but which i have held over 2 licences, the most recent being my victorian licence under which it has not yet been 6months. Does the 6 month rule apply to each licence or just per person, seeing as i exported from NSW, imported into VIC and now selling IN VIC? Im hella confused here.

looked into this when we moved back from darwin angel, you are required to hold them on the vic licence for 6 months prior to disposal, however that said if you pop a letter off to DSE stating the circumstances they will allow you to sell them prior to then six months on the VIC licence
