Basic Thermostat

Hi All,
I brought some basic thermostats (that i piad extra to get fully wired up for me) awhile ago and have recently installed them.

I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with these? The light doesnt seem to come on or off for me so im not sure if it is working?

Any help would be great.

If it's not going on or off it sounds like it's not working.
What happens when you turn the dial?

Yeah, the light should come on if it is working, regardless of bulb etc.

Some have an on/off switch but other than that, if the light isnt coming on, and it is plugged in then it may not be working.

i assume that the temperature in the enclosure is less than the setting on the dial, obviously if not it isnt going to come on.

Is it all of them or just one that isnt working?

Yes that is the thermostat im talking about. Its all three that arnt working, and they are plugged into heat cords not bulbs.

Yeah doesnt matter what they are plugged into.

If the light isnt coming on when the dial is set above the ambient temp of the room, then it isnt working.

They way have been wired incorrectly. Or they could have been faulty from the start.

These do play up ever now and then - you might have a bad unit - Are the lights turning on and off when you turn the nob?
Is it wirded up right?
Three elec coulden't get it right - the fourth did.
