bath time pics

loki my childreni is having a bit of trouble shedding so here's some bath pics plus a few i took out the back

is that an oncidium hes crawling on? he looks good, how old?

make sure u cover tap spouts as a small snake like that could easily climb up into one. when ever my snakes have probs sheding and i put em in the bath, i put a face cloth over the spout and hold it there with a rubber band, then i dont have to worry about them getting up there whilst i go do something. nice looking childreni too.

cheers megalea, i didn't think of that. i watch her pretty closely though and she seems more interested in hiding in the flannel.

lol its an orchid in the oncidium alliance but pseudobulbs look to elonglated to be your ordinary garden variety oncidium

Wow, what a trap for young players. Has that happened to someone before?

well spotted my fellow orchid dork i think so, i'm still learning tho - here's a pic of the flower. mum gave me this plant last week as she had four of them and it doesn't have a tag in it.

and loki is around 6 months old.

hmmm, its not an oncidium but looks like an odontoglossum x brassia, thats as bout as good i can can do, very nice tho
