Question Bearded dragon

I just wanted to get rid of a few of these questions

1.I've done the research but was wondering if anybody knew where to get cheap UVB 10.0
2.For a basking light could i get a 100 watt normal bulb which usally costs 50 cents
3.I've also wanted to know where can get a cheap thermostat for the enclosure.

If you truely want to own reptiles I think you will find that price doesn't come into it...reptiles are a VERY expensive hobby. Finding things on the cheap is rare and half the time if you do it's dodgy

lol who said keeping reptile isnt cheap, its cheaper then keeping nearly every other pet there is. the only real expensive part is setting them up which is where you are at now, yes you can use a normal basking heat lamp, i get spot one bulbs from hardware store for abotu 2 bucks. cheap uv lamps are hard to find, best price would be to order them from a supply store such as herp trader. and thermostats your best bet would be a supply store as well such as herptrader. or something similar.

i got the compact max pack 10 (uva and uvb) from my local pet store (Cj'ls). apparently uou can get good heat lights from bunnings but i got a 150 watt reptile basking light (forgot the brand, though it was a reptile one) from my local pet store and it works really well (so far). Microclimate B1ME works really well for me and again i got that from my local pet store.

though if you dont have a pet store, try herp shop (www.herpshop.com.au)

Riley
