Bearded Dragon Availability

Hi all, ive been on a few reptile classifieds and seen alot of bearded dragon hatchlings for sale, i dont want to get one now, but maybe in a few months, i was just wondering if theyre all breeding now because of the season or is there always a high availability of hatchlings. cheers.

Yep, definately the season. By September, most peoples beardies have realised that it's breeding season and start mating, so around Xmas the classifeids are littered with them lol.
I started mine early this year and backed them off in Sept for that very reason

Bewdiful. Any Melbourne breeders out there as I will be looking for one around the 1st / 2nd week of January for a central bearded hatchling. I take it (and pardon my ignorance), the 4 - 6 weeks old would be considered a hatchling or a baby?????
