Exclamation bearded dragon questions

hey all,
just a few questions about my 2 month old central bearded dragons. the male beardy is quite alot bigger now than the female. . i'm a new owner and am just wondering if anybody can help me on any of the following questions.
  • how old do they have to be before i can start feeding them woodies and mealworms?
  • how old do they have to be before i can start feeding them greens? How & what do i feed them?
  • what is the best way of breading crickets?
thanks,
steve

You can feed them woodies now, just make sure they are no bigger than the space between the beardies eyes.
Mealworms shouldnt be fed to hatchies or juvies, I think after 6 months, but then only sparingly. (someone more exp will answer that I hope lol)

You can offer them greens now too, some bok choy, endive, sliced beans. Cut up finely, the same bite size pieces as the space between their eyes, offer them in a small dish before the woodies, or you can leave them in the enclosure at the cool end, but take them out before the end of the day. You can pop in a small bit of green, by putting a drop of water on your beardies snout, and then he will lick it off. Do it again, and when he opens his mouth, pop in a tiny bit of bok choy, or endive.
They can also have as a treat, rose petals (make sure they havent been sprayed) as well as dandelion flowers & leaves.

Good link here as to what greens to feed.

Breeding crickets link below too:

Hope that helps.
