dont ya hate when you dont get any replies. im honestly not sure but i guess it would go by feed intake as well, and whether they were allowed to go into brumation or not. id say rather then size jsut look at behaviour and if it looks healthy. other then that i am new to beardie keeping myself.

they should be adult size by 18 months to 2 years of age,beardies are a fast growing species,mine were adult size and one layed first clutch at 12 months of age,a central bearded,good luck with your beardys,there great to keep
