bearded dragons ontop of each other

just a quick question to make sure its alrite that my bearded dragons are sleeping ontop of each other. have heard a couple of different theroies and just wanted to be sure its not anything agressive.

Beardies will sit on top of each other when basking, it isn't an aggressive action as such, but a dominant action.

By this I mean that they aren't trying injure each other by sitting on top of each other, but when jostling for prime position at top of the pile the one on top is considered by the group of dragons to be the 'dominant' animal.

thats wierd seeing as the one on top is smalled and i think a female. thanks for your help.

Not really, I have females that scare the living daylights out of the young males. Most 'Experienced' males, however will not be bossed around by any female, hehehe!

It's perfectly normal...mine do it all the time. Sometimes when they all try playing stacks on one will knock the balance and they all fall in a heap it's hillarious
