Beardie & his veggies

Ok... I havent fed MoJo veggies in a while... I know i'm very slack... anywho i gave him some peas the other day and he wouldnt eat them.... later that day before i gave him his woodies, i decided to chuck the peas thru his calcium powder and i offered him one... which he happily ate....I did 3 more the same way which he ate and i was pretty happy he'd had some greens....
1st question is, Are peas good for him?? and how often should he have them??.

About 5 mins ago i chopped up a lil brocolini, carrot, strawberry and some peas.... dusted them in the powder again and offered it to him, He had 2 lil bits of brocolini, lil bit of carrot, same of strawberry and no peas.... after he tried all, I offered him more but he wasnt interested... so i just left some in the bottom of his enclosure. (will check later if he ate some).

Should i just keep offering him veggies everyday?? I'll get some bok choy today.... can't find mustard greens.... what else could i try him on that i can get from the super market??. Do i keep him off woodies all together until he's eatting his greens??
He's an eastern beardie and is approx 8 months old.... what should his diet be at this age?? Should i keep to his calcium two days in a row, vitamin on the 3rd and nothing on the 4th days feeds??

Thanks in advance guys
~Rach =^.^=

Visit Facebook Profile
I buy mustard greens in pots from bunnings and just sit them on the window sill and pick what I need. Cost ~$4 a pot.
endive is back in woolies too, now it's in season

Mine have gone off endive, used to love it.

They won't eat anything but live food dusted, obviously they can't smell/taste the powder til its too late!

yeah, normal green beans.

i only dust stuff while theyre growing,...and maybe every month or 2 for my adults,..but they get lots of sunlight.

i hand feed a few bits of green bean a day and they grab them happily.
i slice it about 5mm thick, diagonally.

Im going by what i give mine at 8mnths...........
Eg only...do in a rotation that revolves every 3 wks

Monday.............................Crickets ...........Monday.................Woodies +veg ..Monday..............Veg
Tuesday.............................Woodies+veg..T uesday...............Veg................ Tuesday...........Pinkies
Wednesday.......................Veg............... ...Wednesday...........Crickets.........Wednesday. ....Crickets+veg
Thursday............................Crickets...... ....Thursday...............Woodies+Veg.Thursday... .......Veg
Friday..................................Woodies+ve g.Friday....................Veg................... Friday...............Woodies

Every 2nd meat feed i alternate from U.R.S..Ultimate vitamins....or Ultimate Calcium,
then Reptile Science..Vitamin Mineral Spray..............inject pinkies before given to dragons, monitors&frillies
& always gutload mealworms-wetting a cut carrot then dust before giving it to mealworms works well...i do that the night before feeding them.
