Does the basking light in a beardie enclosure need to be a uv light if you already have uv tube?if not what kind should i get and what kind of wattage?thanks, James |

no more than 40w in a 2ft..... 60w-75w in a 3 ft- 4 ft depending on are,height depth
i use a 100w in my 6ft long,3fthigh...2ft deep glass habitat for my juve beardies... if the weather gets cooler i use a 150w
i dont use anything else than a spot heat light as it helps me with the variance in my tanks. |
