beardie basking spot temps?

Just wondering what temp my central beardies basking temps should be at?

i think mine might be to high but its at 40degress

30-35 digrees is good for beardies

Anywhere around 35-45 is good, or so I have been told. The temps need to be high enough for their digestive systems to work properly. Mine are usually at a pretty constant 35.
