beardie temps

I have heard so many different things on beardie temps
I have just build new enclosures and what to know what temps is best form them
I have central and black soil beardies( in different enclodures) they are all from this years clutches
the enclosures are 900x600x600 what is the best temps to keep them at?
Directly under the heat lamp hits 45deg while it is on and keeps the tank around 33degs on the hotside, the cold side stays about 28-29

Please let me know if this is ok or what you keep yours at?
