Unhappy Beardy help!

here is a foto of the beardy I spoke about in another post. I need some help in getting it some heat in the 20 liter tub it resides in for the moment. As he doesn't know how to look after it. As the previous owners I'm sure didn't know either, but managed to keep it alive for the past two years some how. It at the moment is very timid and "asleep" which I don't think it would be as we were able to to pick it up and place it on top of the tub to sex it, which going by one of the posts that was posted, I'm assuming it's a male.

heat up a bag of rice in the microwave, wrap it in a towel and put the beardy on that. (check that its not burny hot first though) i'm assuming this is a temporary fix till a heat light arrives,..?

Put a desk lamp over the edge of the tub, that works a treat too

a low wattage water proof heat pad maybe? or better yet a proper set up with a decent amount of room to make a thermal grandient with a heat bulb
