Same dragon lady this is my first internet/interstate purchase and i'm v dissapointed and what a coincidence 2 of mine are saz (brat + oscar) bubs as well the sad bit is i believe they were looked after alot better than the rest which indicates favoritism ..hmm it's certainly turned me off ever buying interstate again!

Ive learned that if you ask reputable members on this forum...even pm them their opinions of the for said breeders/sellers... them you get honesty....answers that will help!
Im trying to find the best blondest male mac for my 11yr old son...have asked many members their opinions to whom is trustworthy with quality to boot....
the members on this forum....most....are responsible reptile owners...incredible people that generally wont lead you astray
yes i will buy again....for quality ...i need to ...but will wait ...& not buy on impulse!

Beardy Update

Well..it's been about a month now since i got the 8 li'l beardy bubs (from interstate), As said before they were unfortunately ALL sick 6 of them being worse than the other 2. I am so angry about how badly mis-treated they were! And unfortunately one past away today after so many attempts to save it's life.. He hadn't opened his eyes the whole time i've had him here and i knew as soon as i saw him it was going to be a hard task to help save him, so the last 2 weeks i've had to force feed the li'l guy but to no avail as he gave up the fight this afternoon..There is still 2 more i am really concerned about and 1 of them i am also needing to force feed daily. I have tried EVERYTHING to try and get them healthy again!.. 3 of the 6 have become very healthy and shed 3x already so i guess there is some good news there. Also Saz's li'l bubs(x2) are both doing great after a little r&r. So now i'm contemplating how i can make a complaint against this person? Is it possible? I feel terrible at the moment because of all of this, and although yes i've probably saved the poor li'l things from all a slow painfull death.. i kind of wished i never bought them now. Some people are just total ____!

Not everyone that freights interstate is irresponsible. We have freighted many hatchling beardies interstate with no problems at all. Also we have bought many reptiles from interstate, also with no problems. It's unfortunate that your first purchase online/interstate was so bad. Not sure who you could complain to - perhaps RSPCA or maybe you could put a post on the forum and name the breeder so no one else has this misfortune.
