I was just wondering if there is a particular type of wood you should use in a hatchie's click clack container? (except the poisonous type)
Im just curious i know that it is a bit of a silly question but i thought id ask just in case the wood im using is no good...

That's excellent Mr.B. Do you use a lump of silicone and then just pop the open end of the pipe on it?

I drill holes in the side of the tubs, the tube fits through perfectly (nice and tight though so it can't move). I think the drill bit is either 19mm or 22mm, i'll find out and let you know. Best thing is you can pull them out quite easily so it makes cleaning a breeze.

I had a look for the drill bit but i can't find it. I'm pretty sure it is 22mm though, as i believe the tubing was '19mm' according to the packaging, so i originally purchased a 19mm drill bit, but quickly realised it was too small so i had to exchange it. I think it turned out that the 19mm was referring to the diameter of the inside of the tube rather than the outside.
