I've been meaning to find out, and by looking at that pic I guess I now know. When placing python eggs in the vermiculite, you just place them on top? No need to put them any deeper?

zulu,- bhp eggs are pretty big but these are actually the smallest eggs Ive had out of a bhp, Had the bumble bee in with her for short time before I decided to keep averything local specific as always. So maybe the large clutch size and small egg size is a result. Time will tell. Normally pythons will have large eggs with few numbers fist off, but as they age they have smaller eggs with larger clutche sizes. |

Coincidentaly my BHP layed 9 eggs last season, (her first clutch), but this year she only laid 6 and it was with the same male. Stay here mate, I'd love to know what she drops next year |
