She ovulated late july last year, tomorrow night is her last big feed, digestion period and into it.
I would like to be further ahead of schedule though I think i'm still on track, as you said I gotta get a move on! 3 weeks they should be together. Please advise me if I'm off-track.
btw my male just shed if anyone is looking for a skin you are welcome to it. Its in about 3-4 pieces though.
Mick, they are very docile pythons and handle great. You can still find them for sale readily.
Craig, the female is around 7ft the male around 8ft. Quite a handful to take a photo as well, they dont cling like arboreal pythons so they feel like they slip off you, great to wrap around your neck, they dont choke like arboreals do. |

I think he was just agitated from her smell and the camera in his face,
cheers

Most people i know have all their BHPs and womas together and have had for a couple of weeks, i would get them together asap, like you said they do ovulate earlier than most other pythons, but thats determind by matings, i did have a friend last year get an unexpected clutch which was very late, early december.
I'm not going to bother this year, two of my girls would probably be ready but i'm not gonna push them, i might put a male in with them and see what happens but i'm not really to worried i've got plenty of other stuff to keep me busy. | | | |
