blotched bluetongue care sheet

hi wanting to know if anyone has a care sheet for these lizards. thanks steve

Don't know if there is a specific care sheet available for them. If you followed the one for Eastern's they would be OK. They just don't breed as often and have a smaller number of babies.

yea i read a blue tounge book and the care was almost exactly the same as the easterns

thanks i just was wondering about the temp diffrence as blotched are more a cool climate breed arnt they?

Basically the same for temps although blotches are probably slightly more tolerant of cooler temps than esterns. Both sp. should have access to a cooler area to "escape" the heat if they want to.
