Definately a great job, and all timber suppliers will cut to size...as said before, some will charge a fee but it is generally minimal and well worth the hassle...

Not all timber suppliers will cut panels only lenghts ,been building a couple of 1200by1200 enclosures over the last couple of days.Great first job its not easy with primative tools....WELL DONE.

Just a thiught, but is there enough of a bottom lip so the substrate wont get in the track too easily. You have done a GREAT job!!

Its about 4.5cm to the top of the track so with any substrate I use its likely I'll just put it deeper at the back anyway. If worst comes to the worst and I need deeper at the front, I'll just cut a strip of melamine or something thats a bit higher and the substrate can just hold it in place against the existing piece.
