When they recommend the size of cages eg a 4m snake should have a cage 2m by 1m by 1m is this a volume thing ?
Would a cage 1.8m by 1.5m by .75m also be suitable for a 4m snake as it contains the same volume if not larger volume ? |

Believe me I have seen smaller cages than that..... And that wil be enough for the snake to stretch out etc....
Is it a Coastal your putting in there????
I have 3 Coastals.... And they are in enclosures a bit smaller than that..... |
