I disagree with what many have said in this thread though. That size enclosure is not necessarily too small for adult childreni. I have two adults, both around 60cm (4-5 & 6yo), and an enclosure of the dimensions you described would be adequate.
I also disagree that the glass is by default bad. I know many think this but I don't necessarily agree. I would be providing heat with a heat mat for childreni, as opposed to globes. Heat retention would be much more of an issue if you were using globes, however. Provide it with adequate hiding spots and a heat mat (on a thermostat!) and it'd be fine. |
Glass is not a good insulator , it wont hold heat in very well .....the tank he is talking about also has a rather large area of mesh , making it even worse for holding any heat in , regardless of what heat source he is using .... |  | |
