mate that enclosure is way too small.. my spottie is around 60cm and is in a much larger cage than that and also has to be moved soon..

Hes about 300-400mm long. Its got a heat light and the enclosure i got is 3 foot but i was told by the breeder i got him of to keep him in that Little container till hes at least 5 months is this not good advice??

Have added a pic of enclosure.

I would say it would really depend on the size of the snake not the age, People do things there own way so you will find all sorts of advice!! Im only a newb aswell so i get alot of advice from these threads!! Thats why aussie pythons is so good!!

Finaly he ate last night i just left the pinkie in with him plus turened up the heat to 32'C.

Dose this mean he is happy in his enclosure or just verry hunngry??

He is such a good snake to handel never bites just worried that he will get more bitty if we put him in the 3foot enclosure.

Has any one had this happen??

I have been told to leve him in a klick klack. Dont like the idea but all new to this.
