Hey guys. I was just wondering what kind of plastic containers are suitable to use with frogs, as I am aware that some of them are toxic to frogs. I was thinking decor containers but just wanted to check first...

i'd say that the food safe container would be the best way to go.. if its not safe to store food in it then i'd say it wouldnt be safe for frogs..
i'm sure some one with more experiance will be along shortly to correct me if i'm wrong.. or tell you something better to use

Are the containers for temp. holding or constant living? What type of frogs as I would be more concerned with the size of container stressing them out than chemical leaching.

Cool fun, just wanted to check first... It is for red eyes... I have the enclosure but because they are little people atm, they are far too small to go straight in there... I would prefer to keep 3 to a tub so I can keep track of them a little easier...

When I was raising taddys or small frogs i used to use those little ones you get from the pet shop with the coloured lids. They come in all different sizes and seemed the prefered method of transport by people at the FATS meetings etc. p.s. a great tip i was told was to put holes in the bottom an then use peat moss as substrate. this allows you to mist the frogs as much as you like with plenty of drainage.
