Cranky Jacky

Found this little fellow the other day. He didn't like being photographed and actually bit the camera lens several times.

only my males are. The females were hand rasied so they are good with human contact. The males on the other had will have a go at you.

One male in particular just has these weirdo freak outs sometimes just looking at him through the glass. If you try and pick them up they open their mouths just like that and just wait for you to try and pick them up. They are extremly fast and happy to have a go at you if they think they can get away with it. Mind you this particular male is leader of the pack, or at least he thinks so, lol

Lol really? I should pump Kris for information tomorrow. I'm sure he's probably got a billion ideas for the outdoor enclosure that I haven't heard yet!

In the first pic he looks like he's laughing, and in the second one, he looks like a baby bird sticking its beak up for a feed.

Just love the attitude. I want one!!

That top pic is excellent Dave.

I've also had a Jacky repeatedly attack the camera lens when its too close. Probably a male going by what Soulweaver said. Talk about attitude!

 I wonder if the reflection on the glass freaks them out, they think it's another male or it's just defence to something big getting too close. :
