hey guys!
was saving up for a gtp, but all the ones ive met and heard of are agressive little buggers and i want a lovable handler!
so i figured albino olive would be the way to go!
anyone got any prices/info and pics for me?!?!?!
also like white dogs/cats/birds/rodents are they prone to sensory defects and or other disease like cancer or anything else in comparrisson to a run of the mill python?

im in vic....cant have roughies, but thats ok with me....even though i've heard they can be timid, im not up for a rear fanged hook bite from a confussed larger snake!!!!
dont get me wrong though i dont mind getting tagged, just not into waiting for them to dislodge, or wondering if they even can comfortably!
think ill wait for a nice gtp..... do the ones we get here ever stay yellow, or red?

Agreed pugsly! Sadly with albino olives what you see is what you get! There is no opportunity for morphs unlike the albino Darwins you could have all sorts of wonderful things happen. Don't get me wrong i still reckon the albino olives look great.

ive got both and the olives are far more impressive than the darwins imo.
The albino olives are a very impressive snake to behold in the flesh once they have some size on them, they are yellow for the first 2-4 years and then are just an awsome pure white, very very impressive indeed and well worth the coin as most people will admitt once they have seen them.
It seems alot of people have trouble regulary breeding olives so imo their price will hold for alot longer than the darwins which are very easy to breed.
