Deadly carpet

hahhaha, i just overheard one of my teachers giving their class a talk. she was telling them about the "worlds most poisonous deadly carpet python" seriously.... unprovoked, it leapt its whole bodylength to bite a man and he took 67 weeks to recover....
it amazes me how anyone can get some random words and string them together, and then use them to "educate" others.
/end rant lol

Probably worth noting that the Saw Scale Viper is also known as the carpet viper

my mother was not silly enough to think they are venomous but more that there saliva gave you bad infections almost to the point of gangreen and amputation... The first time I got bit I plaed it on a little just to show her its not a bad as that. (she got worried then suddenly realised that nothing happend other than a little blood, she now knows better)

Carpet snakes are dangerous!!! If you trip over one and fall on it, you may get a serious case of carpet burn!!!

Oh forgive me. I couldn't help it...

LOL
