Diamond Baby

Hey everyone i have a question regarding my new diamond hatchling. Since i feed my diamond for the first time since i got him .last suday he has been in his hide all day in the day time. and normally comes out at night. i know they r nocturnal and ain't that active in the day but should he come out for a bit to get some UV light. Should i be worried!

Thanks for the help guys!

my diamonds exactly the same, i dont bother with a UV light for this reason, i just take him out for a couple of hours for some natural uv, easiest thing!!

Where would his hide box be in relation to his heat source? If he is warm and comfy why would he bother to come out.I wouldnt worry a few days in his box wont kill him.He must feel secure.
