eggs weird shape

hi guys i was just wondering is it normal for some eggs to be really weird oblong shapes at least half are normal looking eggs but for some reason there are a number not. Can anyone explain this also is it normal for when the eggs are in incubator to smell a little bit.

I have had some come out more rounded than others and ended up hatching. Have you candled/torched them yet? Sometimes egg shape is not necessarily a good indication.

no i have never heard of torching them they are in incubator @ 32c and have been there since 8pm 29th jan is it too late. so the weird shaped ones probably wont hatch????

as long as they look fertile they will be fine,i have had some carpet,BHP,stimmys,gecko and drgon eggs that have looked total different to the others in shape but they all hatched out to be healty.

ok cool i was gettin a little worried for a bit. so 32c is usuall temp?? does it matter if it varys a little bit??

I did mine at 30.5 to 31 degrees. Shine a small torch into the egg. If its a healthy fertile egg you should se the blood vessels in the egg.
