hey guys just picked up a jungle hatchling
i have him in one of those clik boxes.
was just wondering can i place that container inside my coastals enclosure wish is more than large enough to accomidate..?
will he mind if the coastal is slithering around?
his on the heat mat also so temps are good.?

it wont bother him mate just give him a small hide in the click box so he can get away... also i am assuming that the box is only half on the heat mat .... if this is the case you wont have a problem with over heating

I have often 'cheated' and put a click-clack inside another enclosure to keep it warm.I am yet to have any negative effects on one of my snakes.

i did this with my beardie when he was small, he never had any trouble with the blue tongue on the outside.

You could get away with it, but how big is your coastal, just thinking that it could knock over the smaller container if it's a large snake, if it's not, it should be ok short term.

no my coastals only about 80cm,, plus its locked up and in the corner...
yeah i just need to get a thermostat for his permanent enclosure and make some room...
