Faecal Sample

My vet gave me a specimen jar to collect a poop sample from my childreni for testing, which has to be done within 3 hrs of collection. I have since heard that other vets will gently squeeze some out - is that true ?

Yes, that is what normally happens at vets that have experience with reptiles, they gently massage a little out if there is some in the bowel, normally they can get enough out to do there checks.

If you need a good reptile vet in Sydney, go to David Vella at Crows Nest, Tel : 02 9572 6854

Cheers Neil
