fat baby beardie

gday

i have a beardie who is only a few weeks old (3 maybe) and ive noticed he is getting fat and big just around the stomach. is this normal or has something happened?

lol so has mine, as the thread FAT beardie, suggested lol pmsl. But yea mine is around 5 weeks old and scoffing those crix down, he has developed quite a big belly aswell. SO yea, if he is eating well and probably, getting the right UV and has the right husbandry, this is quite normal

And you will find in no time at all that your beardie will grow into its belly..then grow another!
Very nice to here about fat bellies......means healthy beardies & thinking parents!!!!

Just did a measure up....... Faith is now 28.5cm & 59g she is 4.5mnths
& my Merlin at 1yr,who i had thought he stopped growing is a tiny 49cm & 555g GO THE FATTIES!!!!!!
The 3 other juvies range from 250g-407g ...i am a pleased mum!
