Can people name a list of feeder insects for beardies and were to get them?
I want something cheap, and not very fast (worms?) I know you can get 3000 houseflies for $3 but I don't think they are healthy for beardies.
For anyone with frogs that want cheap flies check out this page: http://frogs.org.au/arcade/index.php...3f6d9429190fe5

I've used eathworms several times when the pet shops stuffed up my woodie and crix order. As for the not to fast bit Just put a container of the insects your using in the fridge for 10 minutes prior to feeding this slows the m down and you can place them in a bowl of veg and hopefully he will get some of the veg too or atleast start to realise this bowl is a source of food

I feed my ackies woodies, so easy to breed and much cheaper than buying small tubs every week.

I am breeding woodies, but they haven't made a colony yet, and it will take some time,
I just need to know what the cheapest option for food would be?

If you want plenty for feeding and breeding I can send 1000 adults next day .
If you start with a tiny amount you just run out all the time.

How many beardies are you feeding with that many Adam?
I've tried feeding worms to my beardies as I have a very succesful worm farm but they aren't interested...seems like a waste really.

My beardies love daddy long leg spides and earthworms. They also love snails and slater beetles. The earthworms are a treat of course, as they havnt all the nutrition. Im going to try silkworms in season
