finished D.I.Y eclosure today with pics.

heat cord, i think its the 6 mtre one, so 50 watts. plus the blue bulb which i think is 60 watt.

yeh mate, and i had 3 thermometres checking heat in different areas when i was testing. she just had a shed and dirtyd her new enclosure lol heres some pics of her prior to shed and after..looking good.

thanks ssssmithy. i used a bit of ply for the backing board, cut this to fit snug in the enclosure. then sprayed with expanding foam, using a layering affect to build up a cave hide and the ledges(allowing a week for this to air and set) . then i grouted it and added colouring to it. i have let this set, and put it in the enclosure tonight, with the heat lamp going. hoping this will help cure it, and allow it to air properly. i don't have a snake for this enclosure as yet so i will let it air, and cure for a minium of a week. here is a pic of it in the enclosure.

renagade i am using a screw in that particular one but the majority of my enclosures are bayonent. looks great yeldarb, that sounds simple enough. where did you get your expanding foam from?

local hardware store, i am in the country so if i can get here you can almost get it any where. may also be known as builders foam or no more gaps.
