food size

ok i was wondering what size rats could my diamond python eat shes 6 months old and 2ft long would she be able to eat a fuzzie rat or not

Should breeze it in. I'm still stunned at what they'll take. It's suggested a good guide is a little thicker than the widest part of the snake. I feed my Darwin rats that are a sometimes quite a bit thicker and she has no probs with them!

Damn, your snakes are eating small. My carpets neck is about 1cm wide and its eating juvie mice with no problems at all.
