i thought you had to keep her for 6 months before you were able to sell her. Or is that just in NSW

hi, you must get permision to sell it before 6 months.................... so if you don't you will be breaking the law..............
in qld we do have the 6 months rule.................

first of melgalea don't send me pms like that, i answered somebodys question AS YOU WERE WRONG in your answer, hello, this is an open thread in general herps so anybody can post,
as for your pm, YES it is illegal to sell your snake without special permision from your local epa, even if it does bite your 5 year old, can you tell me whats better, me sitting here and letting you give the wrong info and then doing something that i know is illegal, or taking the time to give you the right info, no wonder the older keepers don't help out new keepers,
and don't pm me as if you can't post it here i don't want to read it,
now get of your lounge and go call your local epa and tell them whats happened and they should give you permision, if not, sorry but your stuck with it for 6 months................

ACTUALLY i am not a NEW reptile keeper. i have been keeping and breeding reptiles for near on 10 years.

Yes, thankyou DYMBACK i know its not the for sale thread, but i couldnt get the for sale thread to work. so i did the next best thing i thought of. thank you for your comment.
and HODGES 399 apparantly thats the law in all places. i only just found that out.
