I know this was asked in the euthinasis topic, but I would like some more advice.
I now have a breeding colony of mice, it was already going and I got it from another member.
Now, if I euthinise them myself, how long do I freeze them for , or is it ok to feed fresh killed? I know there are a few opinions on this.
Some people have said it's ok for fresh killed as you can worm the mice and or the snakes.
Do you need to take the snakes to the vet for worming? or can it be done by yourself?
Thanks for any info, and thanks bigblackdog for your info on washing the euthinised mice, do you still need to do it if they don't get wet with the solution??

HI mertle
You can buy wormer for you snake/s that just needs to be put into the prey item before feeding to the animal, Should bve fine for either fresh killed or deforsted
